Terms and conditions
Our site intends to sell handcrafted products to all Internet users. Each person who makes a purchase on our site will be considered as a buyer.
General conditions
The following conditions apply to all contracts, deliveries and other services between Tullmas Accessories represented by Carla Placer, Buttmannstrasse 2, 13357 Berlin (from now on called Tullmas Accessories), and the buyer.
Differences, partly due to other general business conditions of the buyer require the express written consent. All offers are non-binding. With the written order by the Buyer the terms and conditions of the seller shall be deemed accepted.
Offer
The product images may differ from the real colors ordered / delivered products due to screen configurations. We do our best to picture and represent all the products as real life as possible!
All prices are in euros and include taxes. Shipping costs are added according to the separate payment.
Order Acceptance
You can place an order with us by sending an e-mail to info@tullmas.com with details of your order.
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. Tullmas Accessories reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, cancel or change the payment method of any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled may include but are not limited to the following: limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, inaccuracies or errors on order forms submitted, customs or shipping limitations for your country or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Tullmas Accessories also reserves the right to change the payment method depending on the amount of purchase. We will contact you (via email or phone) if all or any portion of your order is cancelled, additional information is required to accept your order or your payment method has been changed.
Formation of Contract
The contract between the buyer and the seller is only offering with the seller in the online store and the acceptance by the buyer.
Tullmas Accessories confirms the receipt of the order by sending an order confirmation to the customer.
Our terms and conditions apply to all of our sellings.
Variations by individual agreements require both parties in writing. Our prices are, unless otherwise agreed in writing, subject to change without notice, delivery time and availability. Tullmas Accessories is not responsible/liable for third party negligence, such as Supplier delays and changes in market prices for so-called long-term debt ratios.
Tullmas Accessories reserves the right to deliver partial shipments.
Use of the Website
The Website Owner does not make any warranty or representation that information on the website is appropriate for use in any jurisdiction. By accessing the website, you warrant and represent to the Website Owner that you are legally entitled to do so and to make use of information made available via the website.
Disclaimer of Liability
The Website Owner shall not be responsible for and disclaims all liability for any loss, liability, damage (whether direct, indirect or consequential), personal injury or expense of any nature whatsoever which may be suffered by you or any third party, as a result of or which may be attributable, directly or indirectly, to your access and use of the website, any information contained on the website, your personal information or material and information transmitted over our system. In particular, neither the Website Owner nor any third party or data or content provider shall be liable in any way to you or to any other person, firm or corporation whatsoever for any loss, liability, damage (whether direct or consequential), personal injury or expense of any nature whatsoever arising from any delays, inaccuracies, errors in, or omission of any price information or the transmission thereof, or for any actions taken in reliance thereon or occasioned thereby or by reason of non-performance or interruption, or termination thereof.

You may pay in advance with a Bank Transfer or with PayPal.
Once the order confirmation is sent, the payment has to take place within the next 24 hours after receipt of order confirmation. Your order will be reserved three days. If during that period no payment takes place, the order will be cancelled.
Prices
Prices are in euros and don’t include shipping costs or taxes of the receptor country. Shipping costs are in euros and are subject to change until the conclusion of the contract. The shipping costs will be calculated according to the total weight of the order, which will be visible in the order confirmation.
Return and Exchange Policy
Please note that the postage for non-defective returns will be paid by the customer (see also Appendix revocation).
If however the goods are defective, we kept the right to inspect the goods upon receipt and report any deficiencies.
An eligible return will be based upon the individual return/exchange policy of Tullmas Accessories. We require that you contact us within 5 (five) business days, excluding holidays and weekends, after you have received your package. Tullmas Accessories may use the tracking information showing the time and date of delivery to base the beginning of the 5 (five) business day window for eligibility.
In order for a return to be accepted it must have an Return Merchandise Authorization which you can request by emailing us. Returns are subject to refusal without this Authorization. Once your return is received you may receive a refund for the original purchase price of the merchandise minus any restocking fees, shipment costs of return of the merchandise as well as any associated duties and taxes.
Please note that most returns have a 30-day limit and we must receive the items back in Berlin-Germany before that time period expires. Any personalized items, seasonal items, or bridal items are not eligible for return.
Please note that refunds usually will take between 3 (three) and 12 (twelve) business days to reflect on your account. We recommend that if you do not have a PayPal account please visit www.paypal.com for details regarding creating a PayPal account in your country (some restrictions may apply).
Exchange
An eligible exchange will be based upon the individual return/exchange policy. We strongly recommend placing a new order for the correct item.

In order to return or exchange merchandise, please follow all of the instructions below:
- Click here to email us. Please include your order number and the reason for the return/exchange. We will issue you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number which must be submitted in order for a return/exchange to be valid. – FINAL SALE ITEMS, CLEARANCE ITEMS, PERSONALIZED ITEMS, are NOT ELEGIBLE FOR A RETURN/EXCHANGE OR REFUND.
- Inside your return package, include a copy of your invoice or packing slip, and circle all of the items you are returning/exchanging. On the copy of your invoice or packing slip, please indicate the RMA number.
- Please package the merchandise securely and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package, or else the package may be refused. Please also note that we will not accept returns without the original packaging. If we receive your return without the original packaging, we cannot accept it and you will not be refunded.
- You must ship the merchandise back to us via a traceable shipping method. You must insure the merchandise for the full retail value. We are unable to process or reimburse you for a return shipment that is lost or damaged while in transit to us.
- Please contact us for the address where your package is to be shipped.

Conditions for purchases from our website
Revocation
- Right of Revocation
You may cancel your contract declaration within one month without giving reasons in writing (eg. letter, fax, e-mail) or - if you return the goods before the deadline - by returning the goods. The time limit begins after receipt of this notification in writing, but not before the goods arrive at the recipient and not fulfill our obligations under Article 246 § 2 in connection with § 1 Sections 1 and 2 EGBGB (Einführungsgesetz zum Bürgerlichen Gesetzbuch from Germany). The revocation period is sufficient to send the revocation or goods. The goods must be sent in return to:

- Consequences
In the case of an effective revocation, the mutually received benefits and any benefits (eg. interest) are given up. If you return to us the received goods in totally or partly deteriorated conditions, you must pay us compensation for the value. The return of the goods only is not enough. The goods have to go through an inspection first.
For the goods that after the inspection are in regular conditions, that means not damaged or deteriorated, you don´t need to pay any compensations for it´s value. However, the customer is responsible for all charges of shipping costs in case of change or return of the purchased goods.
Legal paper work/obligations to reimburse payments must be made within 30 days. The time limit begins for you when you send your cancellation or the goods, and for us when we receive them back.

Shipping with DPD (German Parcel Service)
- The delivery time of packets at home: 24h-48h on a regular basis (only in Germany).
- Insured up to 500 euros.
- You can track the shipment online with the tracking number.
- No deliveries on Saturdays.
- No deliveries to post offices.

Advantages:

The minimum order is 15 euros. From 200 euros on, the order will be sent free of charge inside Germany only.

Before making purchases on our website please contact us for information about shipping costs to other countries that we have not mentioned so far. We will be happy to make an offer about shipping outside the EU. Please note that you may incur in import taxes (customs). We are not responsible for any customs fees applicable in each country receptor of our goods.
The goods that are available will be sent to the recipient/buyer immediately or maximum 3 working days after receiving the payment in our bank account or PayPal.
If for technical reasons or of inventory of the goods can not be shipped on time, of course we will inform the buyer about the delays and possible alternatives.
For shipments to countries outside Europe, the delivery time depends on the type of shipment (Airmail / land / sea) and the location of the receiver.
We will not be responsible for delivery delays.
The buyer is obliged to accept the goods ordered after ordering.
Damages due the rejection will be carried by the buyer.
Please always make sure that you receive the mail delivery in good condition.
Don´t accept for any reason damaged or broken packages (eg., open package) because if you do so this would mean that you received the package in good condition and therefore no delivery service would be responsible for any compensation.
If necessary, open your package in the presence of the delivery person and check that everything is in order, otherwise, write the name of who deliver it.
To ensure a good process, please give your full name when making payment as well as the item number and order number.
Property rights
The delivered goods remain our property until all possible/existing claims are resolved.
The retention of title until the receipt of payment Valuable. A pledge or security transfer of goods without our written consent is prohibited.
Terms of payment
The buyer has the option of receiving an order confirmation in advance, that means it is possible to pay via bank transfer (quoting the order number), or via PayPal.
Guarantee
The buyer is obliged to inspect the goods immediately upon receipt. If there are complaints, you should make them in writing within 14 days after delivery. The warranty covers defects in goods delivered in relation to defective material or defects in workmanship provided that they can be tested. The warranty period is one year from delivery. Complaints must be made by presenting the bill.
Excluded are faults that are caused by transportation, misuse or alteration of the goods delivered by third persons. Minor variations in quality, color, size or technical variations inevitable can not be rejected.
If the goods delivered are defective or do not have the characteristics described, the seller shall provide to the exclusion of any other warranty claims to replace the article if the buyer has communicated the situation promptly. The seller reserves the right to replace or repair the goods once or several times.
Not possible a replacement or repair, the buyer will have the option to cancel the purchase contract or request a price reduction.
Regardless of the legal liability of the seller, the price amount is limited to the cost of shipping.
Care
Please note the washing instructions of the respective goods. We don´t assume any responsibility for damages and defects caused by improper cleaning.

Litigations
The terms and conditions of purchase and sale are based on the law of the German Republic.
